CybTX successfully concluded its technical work for the First Conference of the Yemeni Scientific Society of Gastroenterology, having implemented and managed the conference’s technical requirements from preparation through to the close of the event.
The project included advance technical preparation and the setup and operation of the required systems and technical services, alongside full management of Zoom sessions, covering setup, operation, coordination, technical monitoring, and support for participants and speakers during the sessions.
The CybTX team also provided live technical support throughout the conference, responding promptly to operational requirements to ensure system stability and the smooth, uninterrupted running of sessions and activities.
The project’s success reflects CybTX’s ability to manage the technical aspects of events and conferences comprehensively, from preparation and operation to live support and the management of meeting and remote communication platforms.
