Welcome to Cybtx Platform. This Agreement explains how we handle the personal data and confidential information of clients and users, and sets out each party’s obligations regarding the protection of privacy and the confidentiality of information.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understood its contents, and agreed to be bound by it.

1. Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement covers personal data, account information, billing details, contact information, technical information, and any information the client shares with us while using the services.

2. Data We May Collect

We may collect certain data necessary to provide services and manage accounts, including, without limitation:

  • Billing and payment details.
  • IP address and login information.
  • Details of the services requested.
  • Technical support correspondence.
  • Domain, hosting, and server information.
  • Any data the client voluntarily provides when using the website or contacting us.

We do not collect unnecessary data and only request information to the extent needed to provide and improve the service and protect accounts.

3. Purposes of Data Use

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • Creating and managing the client’s account.
  • Fulfilling service orders and renewals.
  • Issuing invoices and processing payments.
  • Providing technical support and customer service.
  • Sending service, billing, or security notifications.
  • Improving service quality and the user experience.
  • Protecting systems against fraud, misuse, or unlawful activities.
  • Complying with legal or regulatory requirements when necessary.

4. Confidentiality of Information

Cybtx Platform undertakes to keep client data confidential and not to share, sell, or rent it to any external party, except where required by the nature of the service or by law, or with the client’s consent. All information provided by the client, including login credentials, service details, ticket contents, documents, and technical settings, is considered confidential and must be handled carefully and responsibly.

  • SSL certificate providers.
  • Data centers.
  • Email, security, or backup providers.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities in response to a binding official request.

In all cases, the minimum possible amount of data is shared, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service or fulfil a legal obligation.

6. Data Protection

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure. Depending on the resources available, these measures include:

  • Using secure communication protocols.
  • Restricting access permissions to authorized employees only.
  • Monitoring suspicious activity.
  • Updating security systems.
  • Using appropriate protection systems for servers and services.
  • Retaining the technical logs needed for security and follow-up purposes.

However, no digital security measure is guaranteed to be 100% effective. The client must therefore also protect their login credentials, use strong passwords, and not share them with any other party.

7. Client Confidentiality Obligations

The client must:

  • Keep their account login credentials confidential.
  • Not share passwords or access credentials with unauthorized persons.
  • Notify us immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
  • Ensure that their users comply with confidentiality policies.

The client is fully responsible for the data they upload, store, or process within their account or services.

8. Client Data Stored in Hosting Services

Cybtx Platform does not review or monitor the contents of clients’ websites, databases, or files except where necessary for technical, security, or legal reasons. The client remains primarily responsible for the data they host, including data relating to their website users, customers, or visitors. If the client collects personal data through their website, they are responsible for providing an appropriate privacy policy and complying with relevant laws.

9. Access to Data by the Support Team

The technical support team may need to access certain information or service settings to resolve technical issues or fulfil client requests. Such access is limited to what is necessary for support, maintenance, or protection, with a commitment to keeping the information confidential and not using it for any other purpose.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as the client’s account exists or the service continues to be provided. We may retain certain data for an additional period when needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes, or to resolve disputes. When the relationship with the client ends or the account is deleted, data may be deleted or archived in accordance with Company policies and legal and technical requirements.

11. Deleting or Modifying Data

The client may request changes or updates to their personal data through the control panel or by contacting technical support. They may also request the deletion of certain data, unless legal, financial, or security reasons require its retention for a specified period. Deleting certain data may disable some services or prevent the provision of support or the fulfilment of obligations associated with the account.

12. Email and Notifications

We may send the client service-related notifications, such as invoices, renewal notices, security alerts, account updates, or important service information. These messages are not considered unsolicited marketing messages; they are operational messages necessary to manage the service. If marketing messages are sent, the client has the right to unsubscribe whenever this feature is available.

13. Legal Disclosure

We may be required to disclose certain data under a law, court order, or official request from a competent authority. The Company may also take appropriate measures, including retaining or sharing specific information, where necessary to protect the rights of the Company or its clients, prevent fraud, or address unlawful activities.

14. Information Security Incidents

If a security incident affects client data, the Company will assess the incident and take appropriate measures to limit its impact. Affected clients may be notified when required or appropriate, with an explanation of the nature of the incident and proposed actions to the extent possible.

15. Limitation of Liability

Cybtx Platform makes reasonable efforts to protect data and confidential information, but is not liable for any harm resulting from:

  • The client’s negligence in protecting login credentials.
  • The use of weak passwords.
  • Sharing account information with other parties.
  • A compromise resulting from outdated software on the client’s website.
  • Errors or vulnerabilities in the client’s applications or plugins.
  • Incidents beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

16. Amendments to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement when necessary to reflect developments in its services or legal or security requirements. The updated version is published on the website, and the client’s continued use of the services after the amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.

17. Contact Regarding Privacy and Confidentiality

For any inquiry or request relating to personal data, confidentiality, or privacy, the client may contact us through the official support channels or the Company’s designated email address.

18. Final Acceptance

By using Cybtx Platform services, you acknowledge your acceptance of this Agreement and undertake to use the services in a manner that respects the confidentiality of information, data privacy, and the rights of all parties.
