Register an address for your project or transfer an existing domain to CybTX. This guide explains the service, ordering, payment and follow-up, including the differences between registration, connection and transfer.
| Action | When to choose it | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Register a new domain | You want to register an available name for your project. | The name is registered when the registration process is complete, subject to the extension’s rules. |
| Connect an existing domain | You own a domain and want to use it with new hosting. | DNS settings point the service to the appropriate destination; registration can stay with your current provider. |
| Transfer domain registration | You want to move registration management from the current registrar. | The registration provider changes once the transfer and its requirements are completed. |
| Migrate a website or email | You have data to move to a new service. | Files, databases or messages are moved through a separate process that requires planning. |
An “available” result reflects the search at that moment. Adding a domain to the cart or paying for the order does not replace checking that registration has completed and been confirmed.
| Result | What it means | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Available | The search result allows you to proceed with a registration attempt. | Check the spelling, extension and price, then complete the order. |
| Unavailable | The name is not available for a new registration in the current result. | Try another name or extension. If you own it and want to transfer it, use the transfer process. |
| Unknown / unable to verify | You do not have a confirmed availability result. | Try again or contact support. Do not treat this as confirmation that the domain is available. |
The domain page lists registration, renewal and transfer prices. The first year may be a promotional offer, while renewal costs differ. Compare the price for the action and period you have selected.
During the hosting order, choose the existing-domain option, enter the domain and select the option to use it. After the service is set up, apply its assigned connection settings using the activation message or support instructions.
Before changing DNS, record the current website and email settings and decide which services will move. Tell the team if email will remain with another provider so it continues to be routed correctly.
Do not use nameservers or addresses from a generic example. Depending on your domain management and service, you may need to change specific records or nameservers.
A registration transfer is not a request to migrate website files or messages. Coordinate DNS changes with the team and share the authorization code only through the designated service channel.
Before continuing, review the cart: the service or plan, domain, billing period, add-ons, currency, and any discount or tax. Use the final total shown, and check renewal charges separately from the introductory offer.
Contact support with the invoice number and transaction reference before paying again, so the result of the first attempt can be confirmed.
For help, open Support Requests using the account linked to your service, or use the Contact page if you cannot sign in. Include the service, domain and order or invoice number, then describe the problem, when it started, and the error message.
Add updates to the same request. Attach a clear screenshot if helpful, hiding passwords, verification codes and payment details. Track the service, domain and add-on renewal dates separately, and keep your contact email up to date to receive notices.
Check the offer details. Registering a name alone does not mean hosting or mailboxes are included.
Check renewal settings and invoices in your account. Rely on automatic renewal only after confirming that it is enabled and the necessary payment conditions are met.
If you have not completed the order, correct the name before paying. If registration is complete, contact support immediately about the options allowed under the domain’s terms. Do not assume a registered name can be changed.
