GUIDE 01 / CYBTX

Use email addresses on your own domain, such as [email protected]. This guide explains the service, what to prepare, how to order, and what to do after activation.

What you will learn: Choose an email plan, complete your order, and set up mailboxes connected to your domain.
In this guide

What is email hosting?

Email hosting runs mailboxes on your domain for professional communication with customers and your team. You can use addresses such as [email protected] or [email protected] once they are set up within your plan’s limits.

Check the mailbox allowance, storage capacity and attachment limits. More storage does not automatically mean more mailboxes, and an email hosting subscription does not automatically include a website.

Before you order: prepare your requirements

  • Decide how many mailboxes you need, their proposed names, and the size of your existing email data if migrating from another provider.
  • Prepare the domain you own or a new name you want to register. You will need access to manage DNS when connecting the service.
  • Decide whether you will use webmail or an application such as Outlook, and ask about compatibility and the required settings.
  • For a migration, explain whether you need to move old messages, folders and addresses. Confirm migration coverage and cost before starting.

01 — Choose an email plan

Open the hosting services page and select the email hosting category. Compare mailbox allowances, storage, attachment limits and listed features, then select the order button for the appropriate plan.

Choose the right capacity

You may need one large mailbox or several smaller mailboxes. Check that the plan meets both the mailbox count and storage requirements, and ask how storage is allocated if this is unclear.

02 — Choose your billing period

At the service period step, choose an available billing period that suits you, such as monthly or annual billing. Review the amount for the full period, then select Continue.

Compare the total, including the billing period

An advertised monthly equivalent may apply to a longer subscription. Check the subscription length and total amount due, and review any discount and renewal conditions attached to the offer.

03 — Add your email domain

At the domain selection step, choose the option that matches your situation:

Your situation Option to choose What to do
You need a new domain Register a new domain Enter the name and extension, then check availability. Choose an available name, review its fees, and complete the options shown.
You already own a domain Use an existing domain Enter the correct domain and select the option to use it. Connect it to the service using the activation instructions.

Enter only the domain name, such as example.com, without https:// or a page path. Check its spelling and extension: a single different character can identify a different domain.

If your website or email is already in use

Entering an existing domain does not automatically migrate website files or email. Coordinate migration and connection, and use the DNS settings supplied for your service in its activation instructions or by support. Preserve the records needed for existing email and other services.

04 — Review add-ons, if offered

Depending on the plan, your order may include optional services. Read the scope, fees and billing period of each option, and select only what you need. If backups are offered, confirm whether they cover email data and how message restores are requested.

If no add-on step appears, continue to the cart review using the steps displayed by the system.

05 — Complete your account and payment

Before continuing, review the cart: the service or plan, domain, billing period, add-ons, currency, and any discount or tax. Use the final total shown, and check renewal charges separately from the introductory offer.

  1. If you already have an account, sign in. For a new account, enter your name, email address, phone number and account type, and complete the requested fields accurately.
  2. Read the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy before accepting them. Complete any requested account verification as instructed.
  3. Choose a payment method available after signing in and follow its instructions. For a manual transfer, use the recipient details, currency and reference shown on your current invoice.
  4. Keep the order or invoice number and payment reference when provided. Check payment confirmation and then service setup status; these are separate stages.
If you have been charged but the invoice has not updated

Contact support with the invoice number and transaction reference before paying again, so the result of the first attempt can be confirmed.

06 — Set up email after activation

  1. Read the activation instructions, service management link and service details. Complete any information requests before using the service.
  2. Create mailboxes, or request their creation, according to the service process, your account permissions and the plan’s mailbox allowance.
  3. Apply the DNS and email settings assigned to your service. Use the mail servers, ports and encryption settings supplied by the team or service panel.
  4. When using an email application, enter the username and connection settings as instructed, then test sending and receiving a message.
  5. If you already have email elsewhere, coordinate migration timing and mail record changes. Confirm that data has been transferred and sending and receiving work before ending the old service.
Keep email working during migration

Change mail records after the new service is ready and the transition steps are agreed. Email records and website records serve different purposes, and the services may use different providers.

Support, follow-up and renewal

For help, open Support Requests using the account linked to your service, or use the Contact page if you cannot sign in. Include the service, domain and order or invoice number, then describe the problem, when it started, and the error message.

Add updates to the same request. Attach a clear screenshot if helpful, hiding passwords, verification codes and payment details. Track the service, domain and add-on renewal dates separately, and keep your contact email up to date to receive notices.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to transfer my domain registration?

You can connect email to a domain registered with another provider, provided you can manage the required DNS settings.

Will my old messages move automatically?

Do not assume they will. Email migration requires reviewing the method, data volume and agreed coverage before it starts.

Is Microsoft Outlook included?

Check the plan description. Being able to configure your email in an application does not mean that application’s license is included.
