Cybtx Platform issues invoices according to the billing cycle approved for each service.

The client is responsible for reviewing invoices and paying them by the stated due date.

If the client disputes an invoice, they must contact Cybtx Platform within a reasonable period after it is issued and, wherever possible, before its due date.

The Platform may issue renewal invoices or notices before the service expires.

The client is responsible for:

  • Monitoring the service expiry date.
  • Keeping contact information up to date.
  • Paying the renewal invoice before the service expires.

The following parameters vary:

  • Backup frequency.
  • Retention period.
  • Storage capacity.

  • Retention.
  • Storage.
  • RPO.
  • RTO, where applicable.

20. Monitoring and Cybersecurity Services

If the client subscribes to technical or security monitoring services, such as Monitoring, XDR, or managed security services, the limits of Cybtx Platform’s responsibility and the scope of monitoring and response are defined in the plan, Technical Annex, or SLA for the service.

Providing monitoring or threat detection services does not constitute a guarantee that all security incidents or attacks will be prevented.

25. Service Availability

Cybtx Platform seeks to provide stable and reliable infrastructure.

Where a specific availability level, such as 99.9% uptime, forms part of a service, it applies according to the terms and measurement criteria of the SLA or plan for that service.
